Common use of Initial Purchasers' Information Clause in Contracts

Initial Purchasers' Information. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that the Initial Purchaser's Information consists solely of the following information in the Offering Memorandum: (i) the last paragraph on the front cover page concerning the terms of the offering by the Initial Purchaser; (ii) the first paragraph on the inside front cover page concerning over-allotment and trading activities by the Initial Purchaser; and (iii) the statements concerning the Initial Purchaser contained in the third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, twelfth and thirteenth paragraphs under the heading "Plan of Distribution".

Initial Purchasers' Information.
