Common use of Initial Purchasers' Information Clause in Contracts

Initial Purchasers' Information. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that for all purposes of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, Section 1(a), Section 8 and Section 9) the Initial Purchaser's Information consists solely of the following information in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum and the Final Offering Memorandum: (i) the last paragraph on the front cover page concerning the terms of the offering by the Initial Purchaser; (ii) the first paragraph on page "i" concerning stabilization activities by the Initial Purchaser; and (iii) the statements concerning the Initial Purchaser contained in the third paragraph, the third and fourth sentences in the fourth paragraph, the seventh and eighth paragraphs and the first sentence of the ninth paragraph under the heading "Plan of Distribution."

Initial Purchasers' Information. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that for all purposes of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, Section 1(a), Section 8 9 and Section 910) the Initial Purchaser's Purchasers' Information consists solely of the following information in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum and the Final Offering Memorandum: (i) the last paragraph on the front cover page concerning the terms of the offering by the Initial PurchaserPurchasers; (ii) the first paragraph on page "i" concerning stabilization stabilization, over allotment and trading activities by the Initial PurchaserPurchasers; and (iii) the statements concerning the Initial Purchaser Purchasers contained in the third paragraph, the third and fourth sentences in the fourth paragraph, the seventh and eighth paragraphs and the first sentence of the ninth third paragraph, and the fourth, fifth, seventh, ninth, eleventh and twelfth paragraph under the heading "Plan of Distribution."

Initial Purchasers' Information. The parties hereto Company, the Subsidiary Guarantors and the Initial Purchaser acknowledge and agree that for all purposes of this Agreement (including, but not limited to, Section 1(a), Section 8 and Section 9) the only information relating to the Initial Purchaser's Information consists solely of Purchaser that has been furnished to the following information Company in writing by the Initial Purchaser expressly for use in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum and the Final Offering MemorandumMemorandum (or any amendment or supplement thereto) consists of the following: (i) the last paragraph on the front cover page concerning the terms of the offering by the Initial Purchaser; , and (ii) the first paragraph on page "i" concerning stabilization activities by the Initial Purchaser; and (iii) the statements concerning the Initial Purchaser contained in the third paragraph, the third fifth and fourth sixth sentences in of the fourth paragraph, the seventh and eighth paragraphs paragraph and the first sentence of the ninth tenth paragraph under the heading "Plan of Distributiondistribution"."
