Common use of Initial Purchasers' Information Clause in Contracts

Initial Purchasers' Information. The parties hereto acknowledge ------------------------------- and agree that, for all purposes of this Agreement, the Initial Purchasers' Information consists solely of the following information in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum and the Offering Memorandum: (i) the last two bullet points on the front cover page concerning the terms of the offering by the Initial Purchasers and (ii) the statements concerning the Initial Purchasers contained in the first through sixth paragraphs and in the ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth paragraphs under the heading "Plan of Distribution".

Initial Purchasers' Information.
