Common use of Initial Purchasers' Information Clause in Contracts

Initial Purchasers' Information. The Issuer and the Initial Purchasers severally acknowledge that the statements with respect to the delivery of the Original Notes to the Initial Purchasers set forth in the first sentence of the fourth paragraph, the sixth paragraph and the first sentence of the eighth paragraph under "Plan of Distribution" in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum and the Offering Memorandum constitute the only information furnished in writing by the Initial Purchasers expressly for use in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum or the Offering Memorandum.
