Common use of Initial Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Initial Purchasers. During a period of five years from the Execution Date, to furnish to the Initial Purchasers copies of all reports or other communications (financial or other) furnished to stockholders of the Company, and to deliver to the Initial Purchasers (i) as soon they are available, copies of any reports and financial statements furnished to or filed with the Commission or any securities exchange on which the Securities or any class of securities or any class of securities of the Company is listed; and (ii) such additional information concerning the business and financial condition of the Company as the Initial Purchasers may from time to time reasonably request (such financial statements to be on a consolidated basis to the extent the accounts of the Company and its subsidiaries are consolidated in reports furnished to its stockholders generally or to the Commission);
