Initial Registrar Sample Clauses

Initial Registrar. The name of the initial Registrar and its initial specified office are set out at the end of these Conditions. The SPE reserves the right at any time with the consent of the Security Trustee to vary or terminate the appointment of the Registrar and to appoint another Registrar. Notice of any termination or appointment and of any changes in specified offices will be given to the Noteholder promptly by the SPE in accordance with Condition 13 (Notices).
