INITIAL REO INSPECTION. Upon first receiving an assignment from Residential to manage the property, Altisource will perform an initial inspection of the subject property once vacant to determine any health and life safety issues. Altisource will begin to secure the property and remediate those health and life safety issues per Sections 4.5.1 through 4.5.9.
