Initial Seller LC. The Initial Seller LC in substantially the form of Exhibit B hereto shall have been issued to the Buyer. Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the conditions described in this Section 2.0 to be satisfied as promptly as practicable and in no event later than five (5) Business Days after the date of this Agreement.
