Initial Service Fees. The Device must be activated and configured by VoIP Systems USA prior to shipping the Device to the Subscriber. Therefore the first month of Monthly Service Fees shall become due and owing upon the signing of this Agreement. The Subscriber agrees to pay the first month’s Monthly Service Fee upon executing this Agreement. The Initial Service Fees include the Non- Recurring Charges as set forth in the LTE 4G Cellular Internet Service Activation Form and Agreement, which is incorporated herein as if stated in full.
