Initial Servicer. The servicing, administering and collection of the Collateral shall be conducted by the Person designated as the Servicer hereunder from time to time in accordance with this Section 6.1. Until the Administrative Agent gives to the Borrower and FCC Finance, LLC a Servicer Termination Notice, FCC Finance, LLC is hereby appointed as, and hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities of, the Servicer pursuant to the terms hereof.
