INITIAL TRUST PROPERTY Sample Clauses
The Initial Trust Property clause defines the assets or property that are being transferred into the trust at the time it is created. This typically includes a specific sum of money, securities, or other tangible or intangible assets that the settlor delivers to the trustee to establish the trust. By clearly identifying the initial property, this clause ensures that there is no ambiguity about what assets are subject to the trust's terms from the outset, thereby providing a clear starting point for the trust's administration and management.
