Initial Trustee. Upon his execution of this Declaration of Trust or a counterpart hereof or some other writing in which he accepts such Trusteeship and agrees to the provisions hereof, the individual whose signature is affixed hereto as Initial Trustee shall become the Initial Trustee hereof.
Initial Trustee. Upon his execution of this Agreement and Declaration of Trust dated May 10, 1995 or a counterpart hereof or some other writing in which he accepted such Trusteeship and agreed to the provisions hereof, the individual whose signature is affixed thereto as Initial Trustee became the Initial Trustee thereof.

Until the Agent shall give to U.S. Bank a Trustee Termination Notice, U.S. Bank is hereby appointed as, and hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties and obligations of, Trustee pursuant to the terms hereof.
Initial Trustee. The role of Trustee hereunder and under the other Transaction Documents to which the Trustee is a party shall be conducted by the Person designated as Trustee hereunder from time to time in accordance with this Section 8.1. Until the Administrative Agent shall give to US Bank a Trustee Termination Notice, US Bank is hereby designated as, and hereby agrees to perform the duties and obligations of, Trustee pursuant to the terms hereof and of the other Transaction Documents to which it, as Trustee, is a party.
Initial Trustee. Upon his execution of this Declaration of Trust or a counterpart hereof or some other writing in which he accepts such Trusteeship and agrees to the provisions hereof, Xxxxxxx XxXxxxxxx III shall become a Trustee hereof.

Initial Trustee. Robexx X. Xxxxxxx, xxe initial Trustee, appointed other Trustees pursuant to subsection (c) of this Section 1 and then resigned.

Initial Trustee. The Initial Trustee shall initially be the sole Trustee of the Trust and shall have and exercise all powers of the Trustees under this Declaration of Trust. Prior to the issuance of Shares by the Trust, the Initial Trustee shall appoint new Trustees, and the number of Trustees constituting the Board of Trustees shall be equal to the number of persons appointed as Trustees by the Initial Trustee and thereafter may be fixed from time to time by the Trustees, provided, however, that the number of Trustees shall in no event be less than two (2). Upon such appointment, the Initial Trustee may but is not required to resign as a Trustee.
Initial Trustee. (a) The initial Trustee shall be BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A.
(b) Except as otherwise required by the Act, the Trustee is authorized to execute on behalf of the Trust any documents that the Trustee has the power and authority to cause the Trust to execute pursuant to this Agreement.
