I/we certify by executing this Agreement to have the authority to act on behalf of any occupants of the destroyed property and any others who may seek to claim any interest in the destroyed property. I/we acknowledge that any interference by any person(s) who claims to have an interest in the damaged property may result in my/our repaying the Grant Amount or otherwise being liable for costs related to those claims; and
