Initiating Infringement Proceedings. Licensor may decide in its sole discretion whether and what steps should be taken to prevent or terminate infringement of the Licensed Trademarks in the Territory, including the institution of legal proceedings and settlement of any claim or proceeding. Licensor agrees to notify Licensees in writing of Licensor’s decision and course of action as soon as reasonably possible following the receipt of any notice from the Licensees under Section 5.1, above.
