Initiation and termination of employment Right to manage. 1. The employer shall have the right to engage and dismiss employees and to determine the management of work. The employee shall have a duty to comply with the regulations and instructions issued by the employer or the employer’s representative provided that these regulations and instructions do not conflict with the current legislation, this collec- tive agreement or the working regulations.
