Initiation of Promotion or Tenure Consideration. The responsibility for initiating consideration for promotion or tenure rests with the faculty member in consultation with the Department Chairperson. In the case of a librarian, responsibility for initiating such consideration lies with the faculty member in consultation with the Library Director.
