Common use of Injunction Clause in Contracts

Injunction. On the Closing Date, there shall be no injunction, writ, preliminary restraining order or any order of any nature in effect issued by a court of competent jurisdiction directing that the transactions provided for herein, or any of them, not be consummated as herein provided and no suit, action, investigation, inquiry or other legal or administrative proceeding by any Governmental Authority or other Person shall have been instituted, threatened or anticipated which questions the validity or legality of the transactions contemplated hereby.

Injunction.
