Injunctions or Restraints on Conduct of Business. No temporary restraining order, preliminary or permanent injunction or other order issued by any court of competent jurisdiction or other legal or regulatory restraint provision limiting or restricting any ADJUICE Entities’ conduct or operation of the business of any of the ADJUICE Entities following the Share Exchange shall be in effect, nor shall any proceeding brought by an administrative agency or commission or other Governmental Authority, domestic or foreign, seeking the foregoing be pending.

Injunctions or Restraints on Conduct of Business. No temporary restraining order, preliminary or permanent injunction or other order issued by any court of competent jurisdiction or other legal or regulatory restraint provision limiting or restricting any ADJUICE Entities’ Honesty Group’s conduct or operation of its business or the business of any of the ADJUICE Entities Business following the Share Exchange shall be in effect, nor shall any proceeding brought by an administrative agency or commission or other Governmental AuthorityEntity, domestic or foreign, seeking the foregoing be pending.

Injunctions or Restraints on Conduct of Business. No temporary restraining order, preliminary or permanent injunction or other order issued by any court of competent jurisdiction or other legal or regulatory restraint provision significantly limiting or restricting any ADJUICE Entities’ conduct or operation of the business of any of the ADJUICE Entities Seller following the Share Exchange Closing or seeking to restrain in any fashion the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, shall be in effect, nor shall any proceeding brought by an administrative agency or commission or other Governmental Authoritygovernmental entity, domestic or foreign, seeking the foregoing be pending.

Injunctions or Restraints on Conduct of Business. No temporary restraining order, preliminary or permanent injunction or other order issued by any court of competent jurisdiction or other legal or regulatory restraint provision significantly limiting or restricting any ADJUICE Entities’ Purchaser’s conduct or operation of the business of any Business or use or transfer of the ADJUICE Entities Transferred Assets or IP Assets following the Share Exchange Closing, shall be in effect, nor shall any proceeding brought by an administrative agency or commission or other Governmental Authoritygovernmental entity, domestic or foreign, seeking the foregoing be pending.
