INJUNCTIVE RELIEF NOT EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. In the event of a breach of any of the restrictive covenants, Executive agrees that, in addition to any injunctive relief as described in Section 4(a), the Company shall be entitled to any other appropriate legal or equitable remedy.
