Common use of Injunctive Relief Pending Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Injunctive Relief Pending Arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction at any time for (i) an order compelling arbitration pursuant to this Agreement and/or (ii) temporary and/or preliminary injunctive relief to preserve the status quo and prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
