Injunctive Relief Pending Arbitration. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive and/or the Company may seek any injunctive relief (including without limitation temporary and preliminary injunctive relief) necessary in order to maintain (or restore) the status quo and/or to prevent the possibility of irreversible or irreparable harm during the pendency of any arbitration.
