Common use of Injunctive Relief; Remedy Clause in Contracts

Injunctive Relief; Remedy. The Executive acknowledges that a breach or threatened breach of any of the terms set forth in this paragraph 7 shall result in an irreparable and continuing harm to the Corporation for which there shall be no adequate remedy at law. The Corporation shall, without posting a bond, be entitled to seek injunctive and other equitable relief, in addition to any other remedies available to the Corporation. All expenses, including, without limitation, attorney’s fees and expenses incurred in connection with any legal proceeding arising as a result of a breach or threatened breach of paragraph 7 of this Agreement shall be borne by the losing party to the fullest extent permitted by law and the losing party hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the other party harmless from and against all such expenses.
