Common use of Injunctive Relief; Reports Clause in Contracts

Injunctive Relief; Reports. Supplier acknowledges and agrees that Applied would suffer immediate and irreparable harm for which monetary damages would be an inadequate remedy if Supplier were to breach its obligations under Sections 1.4, 3.0 and 3.1. Supplier further acknowledges and agrees that equitable relief, including ex parte injunctive relief, would be appropriate to protect Applied's rights and interests if such a breach were to arise, or were threatened, or were asserted.
