INJURY CAUSED BY THIRD PARTIES. The Tenant agrees that Landlord shall not be responsible or liable to Tenant, or to those claiming by, through, or under Tenant, for any loss or damage resulting to Tenant or those claiming by, through, or under Tenant, or its or their property, that may be occasioned by or through the acts or omissions of persons occupying any part of the Building, or for any loss or damage from the breaking, bursting, crossing, stopping, or leaking of electric cables and wires, and water, gas, sewer, or steam pipes, or like matters.

INJURY CAUSED BY THIRD PARTIES. The Tenant agrees that Landlord shall not be responsible or liable to Tenant, or to those claiming by, through, or under Tenant, for any loss or damage resulting to Tenant or those claiming by, through, or under Tenant, or its or their property, that may be occasioned by or through the acts or omissions of persons occupying any part of the Building, or for any loss or damage from the breaking, bursting, crossing, stopping, or leaking of electric cables and wires, and water, gas, sewer, or steam pipes, or like matters, except to the extent any such loss or damage arises out of or results from the negligence or intentional misconduct of Landlord or any other Landlord Party (but subject in any event to the provisions of Section 11.5 of the Lease).

The Tenant agrees that Landlord shall not be responsible or liable to Tenant, or to those claiming by, through, or under Tenant, for any loss or damage resulting to Tenant or those claiming by, through, or under Tenant, or its or their property, that may be occasioned by or through the acts or omissions of persons occupying any part of the Building, or for any loss or damage from the breaking, bursting, crossing, stopping, or leaking of electric cables and wires, and water, gas, sewer, or steam pipes, or like matters, except in connection with damage or injury resulting from the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or its authorized agents.

INJURY CAUSED BY THIRD PARTIES. The Tenant agrees that Landlord shall not be responsible or liable to Tenant, or to those claiming by, through, or under Tenant, for any loss or damage resulting to Tenant or those claiming by, through, or under Tenant, or its or their property, that may be occasioned by or through the acts or omissions of persons occupying any part of the Building, or for any loss or damage from the breaking, bursting, crossing, stopping, or leaking of electric cables and wires, and water, gas, sewer, or steam pipes, or like matters; provided, however, that subject to Sections 9.2 and 11.3, nothing herein shall release Landlord from any liability caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or Landlord's agents, employees or contractors.

The Tenant agrees that Landlord shall not be responsible or liable to Tenant, or to those claiming by, through, or under Tenant, for any loss or damage resulting to Tenant or those claiming by, through, or under Tenant, or its or their property, that may be occasioned by or through the acts or omissions of persons occupying any part of the BuildingPremises, or for any loss or damage from the breaking, bursting, crossing, stopping, or leaking of electric cables and wires, and water, gas, sewer, or steam pipes, or like matters, except to the extent caused by the omission, fault, negligence, or other misconduct of Landlord or its officers, agents, or employees, or the breach of Landlord's obligations under the Lease.

INJURY CAUSED BY THIRD PARTIES. The Tenant agrees that the Landlord shall not be responsible or liable to the Tenant, or to those claiming by, through, through or under Tenant, the Tenant for any loss or damage resulting to the Tenant or those claiming by, through, through or under the Tenant, or its or their property, that may be occasioned by or through the acts or omissions of persons occupying adjoining premises or any part of the premises adjacent to or connecting with the Premises or in any part of the Building, or for any loss or damage from the breaking, bursting, crossing, stopping, stopping or leaking of electric cables and wires, and water, gas, sewer, sewer or steam pipes, pipes or like matters.

The Tenant agrees that Landlord shall not be responsible or liable to Tenant, or to those claiming by, through, or under Tenant, for any loss or damage resulting to Tenant or those claiming by, through, or under Tenant, or its or their property, that may be occasioned by or through the acts or omissions of persons occupying any part of the Building, or for any loss or damage to Tenant's property from the breaking, bursting, crossing, stopping, or leaking of electric cables and wires, and water, gas, sewer, or steam pipes, or like matters.
