INJURY CAUSED BY THIRD PARTIES. To the maximum extent this agreement may be made effective according to law, Tenant agrees that Landlord shall not be responsible or liable to Tenant, or to those claiming by, through or under Tenant, for any loss or damage that may be occasioned by or through the acts or omissions of any third parties, including without limitation persons occupying adjoining premises or any part of the premises adjacent to or connecting with the Premises or any part of the Building, or otherwise.

To the maximum extent this agreement may be made effective according to law, Tenant Xxxxxx agrees that Landlord shall not be responsible or liable to Tenant, or to those claiming by, through or under Tenant, for any loss or damage that may be occasioned by or through the acts actions or omissions of any third partiespersons using, including without limitation persons occupying adjoining premises or any part of the premises adjacent to or connecting with the Premises or any part of the Buildingoccupying, or otherwisevisiting the Leased Premises, except to the extent such loss or damage is caused by or through the actions or omissions of Landlord or its employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, or invitees.
