INJURY CAUSED BY THIRD PARTIES. To the maximum extent this Agreement may be made effective according to law, Tenant agrees that Landlord shall not be responsible or liable to Tenant, or to those claiming by, through or under Tenant, for any loss or damage that may be occasioned by or through the acts or omissions of persons occupying adjoining premises or any part of the Premises adjacent to or connecting with the Premises or any part of the Property or otherwise.

INJURY CAUSED BY THIRD PARTIES. To the maximum extent this Agreement may be made effective according to law, Tenant ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that Landlord shall not be responsible or liable to Tenant, or to those claiming by, through or under Tenant, for any loss or damage that may be occasioned by or through the acts actions or omissions of persons occupying adjoining premises using, occupying, or any part visiting the Leased Premises, except to the extent such loss or damage is caused by or through the actions or omissions of the Premises adjacent to Landlord or connecting with the Premises its employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors, or any part of the Property or otherwiseinvitees.

To the maximum extent this Agreement agreement may be made effective according to law, Tenant agrees that Landlord shall not be responsible or liable to Tenant, or to those claiming by, through or under Tenant, for any loss or damage that may be occasioned by or through the acts or omissions of any third parties, including without limitation persons occupying adjoining premises or any part of the Premises premises adjacent to or connecting with the Premises or any part of the Property Building, or otherwise, except for third parties specifically working on behalf of the Landlord.
