INJURY CAUSED BY THIRD PARTIES. To the maximum extent this agreement may ---- ------------------------------- be made effective according to law, Sublessee agrees that Sublessor shall not be responsible or liable to Sublessee, or to those claiming by, through or under Sublessee, for any loss or damage that may be occasioned by or through the acts or omissions of persons occupying adjoining premises or any part of the premises adjacent to or connecting with the Premises or any part of the Property or otherwise. The provisions of this Section shall survive the expiration or any earlier termination of this Sublease.
