INJURY TO PERSONS. 16.1 You are responsible for the supervision, control, conduct and health and safety of your Personnel, Participants, invitees and visitors on the Premises.
16.2 You must notify us immediately of any injury to any person occurring on the Premises while in use by you.
INJURY TO PERSONS or loss of or damage to property The contractor shall be liable for and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the employer against any liability, loss, claim or proceeding arising at any time during the period of the contract whether arising in common law or by statute, consequent upon personal injuries to or the death of any person whomsoever resulting from, arising out of or caused by a catastrophic ground movement as mentioned above The contractor shall be liable for and hereby indemnifies the employer against any and all liability, loss, claim or proceeding consequent upon loss of or damage to any moveable, or immovable property, or personal property, or property contiguous to the site, whether belonging to or under the control of the employer or any other body or person whomsoever arising out of or caused by a catastrophic ground movement, as mentioned above, which occurred during the period of the contract Carried Forward
INJURY TO PERSONS. The Contractor shall be liable for and shall indemnify the Employer against any loss, expense, costs, damages, liability or claim whatsoever whether arising at contract or at law in respect of personal injury to or death of any person whomsoever arising out of or in the course of or by reason of the execution of the Works, subject always to Clause 35.3.
INJURY TO PERSONS. FSD hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, save and hold Prismic harmless from and against all suits, actions, claims, demands, judgments, liabilities, costs and expenses which arise or result from alleged injury (including death) or product liability claim incident to the use of any Product.
INJURY TO PERSONS. (1) The Contractor shall be liable for and shall indemnify the Employer against any loss, expense, cost, damage, liability or claim whatsoever in respect of personal injury to or the death of any person whomsoever arising out of or in the course of or by reason of the carrying out of the Works, unless the same is shown to be due solely to any negligent or wilful act of the Employer or of any person for whom the Employer is responsible.
(2) For the avoidance of doubt, the indemnity provided by the Contractor under Clause 28.1 shall include any damages or compensation payable at common law or under any statute in respect of or in consequence of any accident, illness or injury to any xxxxxxx or other person in the employment of the Contractor or any sub-contractor, save and except for any accident, illness or injury resulting solely from any act or default of the Employer, or of any person for whom the Employer is responsible.

16.2 You must notify us immediately of any injury to any person occurring on the Premises while in use by you and, if applicable, report notifiable incidents to Workplace Health and Safety Queensland (WHSQ) on 1300 362 128.
INJURY TO PERSONS. For injury to persons, death, bodily damage etc during the trip Camper Iceland GmbH takes over the liability only as far as these damages were caused by Camper Iceland GmbH or another company working for us who were at fault. A reservation is made for application of international agreements and national laws (see Article 4.2).

The Contractor shall be solely liable for and shall indemnify the Principal in reply to respect of and shall insure against any liability, loss, claim or proceedings whatsoever arising under any statute (other than as provided in the previous clause dealing with Worksafe) or at Common Law in respect of personal injury to or death of any person whomsoever arising out of or in the course of or caused by the execution of the works.

The Subcontractor shall be liable for and shall indemnify Securitas and/or the Customer against any loss, expense, costs, damages, liability or claim whatsoever in respect of personal injury to or the death of any person whomsoever arising out of or in the course of or by reason of the carrying out of the Works and/or Services under the PO, unless the same is shown to be due solely to any negligent or wilful act of Securitas and/or Customer or any person for whom Securitas and/or Customer is responsible. The indemnity provided by the Subcontractor shall include any damages or compensation payable at common law or under any statute in respect of or in consequence of any accident, illness or injury to any xxxxxxx or other person in the employment of Subcontractor or its subcontractor, save and except an accident, illness or injury resulting solely from any act or default of Securitas and/or Customer, or of any person for whom Securitas and/or Customer is responsible.
