Inmate Records. The City shall provide all medical records in its possession to the County’s transport officers prior to the Inmate’s departure from the City’s detention or designated detention facility. In the event the Inmate is transported by the City, the City shall provide all medical records in its possession to the County’s booking officer. In the event additional information is requested by the County regarding a particular Inmate, the County and City will mutually cooperate to provide the additional information needed.
