Inoperability and Reform Sample Clauses

Inoperability and Reform. In the event that any term or provision of this Agreement shall be inoperable either by operation of law or otherwise, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and the parties shall negotiate in good faith to revise the provision in question to accomplish the original intent of the parties.
