Common use of Inpatient Visits Clause in Contracts

Inpatient Visits. Physician’s hospital visits shall be limited as set forth in the Member’s Benefit Agreement during each calendar year and the Member shall pay the amounts set forth in the Member’s Benefit Agreement to the physician for each such visit.
