Inquiries Forwarded to TFC. In the event A/E receives any inquiries whatsoever from bidders or potential bidders regarding the Project, A/E must refer such inquiries to TFC, Procurement Division (000) 000-0000. A/E is not authorized to provide any comments, answers or other similar responses to such inquiries. All inquiries must be forwarded to TFC for response.

  • Information Provided to the Union In accordance with SPP §3-208, the Employer shall provide, upon the written request of the Union, for each employee in the bargaining unit employee represented by the Union:

  • ORAL PRESENTATIONS/INTERVIEWS In connection with any SOW RFP, Contractor and proposed employees, independent contractors or agents of Contractor may be required to make an oral presentation to State or Agency representatives. Significant representations made by a Contractor during the oral presentation shall be submitted in writing. All material representations acceptable to the State shall be incorporated in any applicable SOW Agreement. The Agency will notify Contractor of the time and place of oral presentations.

  • Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries 2.9.2.1 C.M. may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if C.M. needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

  • Entity Accounts Not Required to Be Reviewed, Identified or Reported Unless the Reporting Singaporean Financial Institution elects otherwise, either with respect to all New Entity Accounts or, separately, with respect to any clearly identified group of such accounts, where the implementing rules in Singapore provide for such election, a credit card account or a revolving credit facility treated as a New Entity Account is not required to be reviewed, identified, or reported, provided that the Reporting Singaporean Financial Institution maintaining such account implements policies and procedures to prevent an account balance owed to the Account Holder that exceeds $50,000.

  • Information Accuracy I (a) certify that the information and representations contained in this Agreement and any other document or information that has been or will be furnished to You in connection with My account(s) is complete, true and correct, and acknowledge that knowingly giving false information for the purpose of inducing You to extend credit is a federal crime, (b) authorize You to contact any individual or firm noted herein or on the documents referred to in subsection (a) of this Section and any other normal sources of debit or credit information, (c) authorize anyone so contacted to furnish such information to You as You may request, and (d) agree that this Agreement and any other document or information I furnish in connection with My account is Your property, as the case may be. I shall promptly advise You of any changes to the information in such agreements, documents, or information.   • Accounts Not Required to Be Reviewed, Identified, or Reported Unless the Reporting Financial Institution elects otherwise, either with respect to all Preexisting Individual Accounts or, separately, with respect to any clearly identified group of such accounts, where the implementing rules in the jurisdiction provide for such an election, the following accounts are not required to be reviewed, identified, or reported as Reportable Accounts:

  • Disclosure to Representatives Recipient agrees that it shall maintain the Confidential Information in strict confidence and that the Confidential Information shall not, without Provider’s prior written consent, be disclosed by Recipient or by its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, partners, employees, agents, or representatives (collectively, “Representatives”) in any manner whatsoever, in whole or in part, and shall not be used by Recipient or by its Representatives other than in connection with the Solicitation and the evaluation or negotiation of the Agreement; provided that, PG&E may use Confidential Information, consolidated with other market information and not specifically attributed to the Provider, to analyze or forecast market conditions or prices, for its own internal use or in the context of regulatory or other proceedings. Moreover, Recipient agrees to transmit the Confidential Information only to such of its Representatives who need to know the Confidential Information for the sole purpose of assisting Recipient with such permitted uses, as applicable; provided that, Recipient shall inform its Representatives of this Confidentiality Agreement and secure their agreement to abide in all material respects by its terms. In any event, Recipient shall be fully liable for any breach of this Confidentiality Agreement by its Representatives as though committed by Recipient itself.

  • BUY AMERICA REQUIREMENT (Applies only to Federally Funded Highway and Transit Projects) With respect to products purchased by Customer for use in federally funded highway projects, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such projects, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 23 U.S.C. Section 313, 23 C.F.R. Section 635.410, as amended, and the Steel and Iron Preference provisions of Texas Transportation Code Section 223.045, to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. With respect to products purchased by Customer for use in federally funded transit projects, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such projects, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 49 U.S.C. Section 5323(j)(1), 49 C.F.R. Sections 661.6 or 661.12, to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs.

  • Submitting LMUSI 2.9.2.1 AFN may obtain LMU information and reserve facilities by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a manual LMUSI according to the terms and conditions as described in the LMU CLEC Information Package, incorporated herein by reference as it may be amended from time to time. The CLEC Information Package is located at the “CLEC UNE Product” Web site address: xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxx/xxxx/xxxx.xxxx. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if AFN needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, AFN may initiate a separate Manual SI for a separate NRC as set forth in Exhibit A.
