Inquiries from affected persons. The Processor shall inform the Controller without undue delay of any complaint, communication or request received directly from a Data Subject concerning his or her Personal Data, without acting on that request, unless the Processor has been otherwise authorized to do so by the Controller. The Processor shall reasonably assist the Controller with any complaint, communication or request received from a Data Subject for a fee to be calculated in accordance with the Order.
