Inquiries into the Litigation Trustee’s Authority. Except as otherwise set forth in this Litigation Trust Agreement or in the Plan, no Person dealing with the Litigation Trust shall be obligated to inquire into the authority of the Litigation Trustee in connection with the protection, conservation or disposition of the Litigation Trust Assets.
