Common use of Inside Director Obligations and Certification Clause in Contracts

Inside Director Obligations and Certification. a. Prior to and the Effective Date and on each anniversary of the Effective Date, the GSC must require each Inside Director to execute and submit to DCSA, a certificate in a form substantially identical to Attachment E attached hereto regarding his or her qualifications and responsibilities associated with this Agreement. b. The GSC must oversee each Inside Director’s compliance with the obligations described in Section 7.12.a. above.
