Common use of Insider Contracts Clause in Contracts

Insider Contracts. (a) The Company is not a party to any contract or arrangement in which any of the Sellers or any person connected with any of the Sellers is interested, directly or indirectly, except for the Agreement on coordinated procedure, nor has there been any such contract or arrangement at any time during three years ending on the date of this agreement. (b) The Company is not a party to, nor have the profits or financial position of the Company during three financial periods ended on the Accounts Date been affected by, any contract or arrangement which is not of an entirely arm's length nature. (c) None of the Sellers nor any person connected with any Seller is a party to any contract or arrangement for the provision of finance, goods, services or other facilities to or by the Company or in any way relating to, or to the affairs of, the Company.
