Common use of Insider Contracts Clause in Contracts

Insider Contracts. (a) No Group Company is a party to any contract or arrangement in which any of the Sellers or any person connected with any of the Sellers is interested, directly or indirectly, nor has there been any such contract or arrangement at any time during the three years ending on the date of this agreement (in each case, except for such arrangements that have been entered into the ordinary course of business on arm’s length terms).

Insider Contracts. (a1) No Group Company is a party to any contract or arrangement (except a Contract) in which the Seller or any member of the Sellers or any person connected with any of the Sellers Seller's Group is interested, directly or indirectly, nor has there been any such contract or arrangement at any time during the three six years ending on up to the date of this agreement (in each case, except for such arrangements that have been entered into the ordinary course of business on arm’s length terms)agreement.
