Common use of Insight Books and Records Clause in Contracts

Insight Books and Records. All engineering records, files, data, drawings, blueprints, schematics, reports, lists, plans and processes and all other files of correspondence, lists, records and reports concerning Insight's Cable Business, including subscribers and prospective subscribers of the Insight Systems, signal and program carriage and dealings with Governmental Authorities, including all reports filed by or on behalf of Insight with the FCC and statements of account filed by or on behalf of Insight with the U.S. Copyright Office, but excluding any Insight Excluded Assets.
