Common use of Insight Leased Property Clause in Contracts

Insight Leased Property. All leasehold interests in real property that is held for use or used in connection with Insight's Cable Business which Insight or any Affiliate of Insight has or acquires prior to Closing, including those described as Insight Leased Property on Schedule 1.25.
