Common use of Insight Owned Property Clause in Contracts

Insight Owned Property. All fee interests in real property that is held for use or used in connection with Insight's Cable Business which Insight or any Affiliate of Insight has or acquires prior to Closing, including those described as Insight Owned Property on Schedule 1.28 and all improvements thereon.
