Common use of Insight System Franchises Clause in Contracts

Insight System Franchises. All franchise agreements, operating permits or similar governing agreements, instruments, resolutions, statutes, ordinances, approvals, authorizations and permits obtained from any franchising authority in connection with Insight's Cable Business, including all amendments and modifications thereto and all renewals thereof, including those listed on Schedule 1.31.
