Common use of Insolvency and other Bankruptcy Related Events Clause in Contracts

Insolvency and other Bankruptcy Related Events. Hospital shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to Company with no further notice obligation or opportunity to cure if Company: (i) shall become insolvent; (ii) shall make an assignment for the benefit of creditors; or (iii) or shall have a petition in bankruptcy filed for or against it.

Insolvency and other Bankruptcy Related Events. Hospital shall have the right to terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice to Company with no further notice obligation or opportunity to cure if Company: (i) shall become insolvent; (ii) shall make an assignment for the benefit of creditors; or (iiiii) or shall have a petition in bankruptcy filed for or against it (provided that in the case of a petition in bankruptcy filed against it, Hospital shall not have the right to terminate this Agreement if such petition is dismissed within sixty (60) days following the filing of such petition).
