Common use of INSOLVENCY OF LESSEE Clause in Contracts

INSOLVENCY OF LESSEE. The insolvency of Lessee as evidenced by a receiver being appointed to take possession of all or substantially all of the property of Xxxxxx, or the making of a general assignment for the benefit of creditors by Xxxxxx, shall terminate this lease and entitle Lessor to re-enter and regain possession of said Xxxxxxxx.
