Common use of Insolvency of School Clause in Contracts

Insolvency of School. 21.3.1 You may at any time cancel this contract forthwith by notice in writing (without prejudice to any of your other remedies) if the School becomes insolvent or goes into liquidation or receivership or administrative receivership or is wound-up for any reason.
