Insolvency of the Operator. 15.1. All information necessary for the proper performance of Funding Transactions shall be communicated to the administrator or other authorised person appointed in the event of bankruptcy or restructuring, to ensure the continuity of existing recoveries and other activities necessary in order to secure legal relationships in the usual manner.
Insolvency of the Operator. 14.1.
