Common use of Inspecting the Measuring Instruments Clause in Contracts

Inspecting the Measuring Instruments. The Shipper may at any time request that the TSO carries out a further verification in the presence of all parties, of the Measuring Instruments located on the Delivery Stations serviced under the Contract. The costs of verification are borne by the TSO if the Measuring Instruments verified do not comply with current regulations in force; they are borne by the Shipper in the contrary case.
