Inspection and Acceptance of the Goods. 7.1 Goods will be inspected by Cairns Airport within a reasonable time after the delivery of the Goods. 7.2 If, following delivery and prior to the end of the Defects Period, the Goods are found to be defective or do not conform to this Contract, the Supplier, at its cost, must promptly repair or replace the Goods.
