Inspection and Acceptance of the Mono-Block Wheels. 10.1 ISR, in its sole discretion, shall have the right (but not the obligation) to have any or all of the Mono-Block Wheels supplied to it pursuant to this Agreement inspected in order to ensure that such Mono-Block Wheels are satisfactory and in compliance with the Technical Specifications and the terms of this Agreement.
