INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK. Contractor shall report its progress to the City Project Manager as set forth herein. All services, work, and materials provided by Contractor under this Agreement shall be provided to the satisfaction and approval of the Project Manager. A. The Project Manager shall decide all questions regarding the quality, acceptability, and/or fitness of materials furnished, or workmanship performed, the rate of progress of the work, the interpretation of the plans and specifications, and the acceptable fulfillment of the Agreement, in his or her sole discretion, based upon both the requirements set forth by City and the information provided by Contractor in its Proposal. The authority vested in the Project Manager pursuant to this paragraph shall be confined to the direction or specification of what is to be performed under this Agreement and shall not extend to the actual execution of the work. B.
