Inspection and class records. (a) One person appointed by the Agent shall be permitted to inspect each Unit once every twelve (12) months, for the account of the Borrowers, upon the Agent giving prior notice thereof, such inspections not to interfere with the running management, operation and safety of the relevant Unit (provided, however, that if a Default shall occur the Agent shall have the right to a reasonable number of inspections of each Unit for the account of the Borrowers), and the Obligors shall upon the Agent’s request provide it with copies of the latest inspection reports in respect of the Units which are available to any of the Obligors or any managers. (b) The Obligors shall instruct the classification society referred to in Clause 22.9 (Class and International Regulations) to send to the Agent, following receipt of a written request from the Agent, copies of all class records held by the classification society in relation to the Units.
Inspection and class records. (a) The Borrower shall permit, and shall procure that any charterers permit, any person appointed by the Agent to inspect the Vessel at any time for the account of the Borrower upon the Agent giving prior written notice, always provided that such inspection shall not interfere with the normal operation and trading of the Vessel, provided however that following an Event of Default, the Agent is entitled to do an inspection whether or not it interferes with the trading and operation of the Vessel. (b) The Borrower shall instruct the classification society to send to the Agent, following a written request from the Agent, copies of all class records held by the classification society in relation to the Vessel.
