Inspection and Cleaning. FRANCHISEE shall inspect all Containers prior 405 to delivery. Containers shall be in safe, clean and sanitary, and in operable condition with working 406 doors, hinges, locking devices, safety devices, floors and side walls without holes, free of material 407 or material build up, and without broken wheels, welds, or ladders that could cause street damage 408 or harm to users.
