Inspection and Disablement of the Licensed Products. The CBOT shall be entitled, and Licensee shall permit the CBOT, to have access to the Premises and the Licensed Products on the Premises during normal business hours to inspect, disable or repossess such Licensed Products or any part or parts thereof and/or to take such other action in connection with the Licensed Products as may be deemed desirable or necessary by the CBOT:
