Common use of Inspection and Marking Clause in Contracts

Inspection and Marking. Customer shall permit IGF, upon prior notice, to inspect any Equipment, Parts, and maintenance records during Customer’s normal business hours and subject to Customer’s normal security procedures. Upon IGF’s request or if Customer is not the owner of the location where the Equipment is installed, then Customer will immediately affix identifying labels, plates or tags to the Equipment or Part(s) identifying IGF as the owner of such item(s).
